BUMPA

[This] is a true Mainer plate...
(since the Maine accent would pronounce "Bumper" as "Bumpa")

I saw this on the front bumpa of a caa
that was paaked at the restaurant where I had dinna.

I've also heard bumpa used as another word for grandfather....
so maybe the owner is someone's bumpa.
