Perhaps it's Delroy Lindo's car and he wants to let people know he attends the Unitarian Universalist (UU) church.
Lindo means 'sweet/cute' in Spanish?
Lindo means beautiful in portuguese. Also in Spanish, I believe.
UU could be the portuguese version of "woot".
If Lindo means sweet, then maybe Lindo 2U?
