Hey,
Found your blog recently and just thought that I'd leave my two cents...I guess I don't care what people want to put on their plates. I mean after all it is their plate. And, it keeps me from being bored on the road. Although it does annoy me when plates don't make sense. If only the owner knows what it says what is the point of sharing it with the world?

I'm with Joshua...probably a combo of 'energy' and 'chi'...chi being a Chinese concept of spiritual energy. Perhaps this person is a feng shui expert?
