Why anyone would advertise themselves as such is beyond me, though!

The word Nebbish was used a lot in Mad Magazine in the 60s and 70s. (Maybe in the 50s too, but that was before my time!)
Clark got to it before I could. Bish is an American slang term used by anime fans to refer to a pretty boy, or censorly calling them a bi*ch.
